1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the TumakrGuide service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. TumakrGuide is operated by One Day Korea Inc. ("Company").
2. Description of Service
TumakrGuide provides self-guided walking tour services in Korea, including audio guides, navigation, curated route recommendations, and related goods. Tours are accessible through mobile devices and include digital content such as maps, audio recordings, and text-based information.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
4. Purchases & Refunds
Tour passes and goods are available for purchase through the Service. All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. For goods purchased with tour passes, cancellations are available up to 24 hours before your tour starts. If there is a defect in a product received, a 100% refund or exchange will be provided. Digital tour content is non-refundable once accessed.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, audio, images, maps, routes, and software, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Tour routes are recommendations only; users are responsible for their own safety during tours. Location accuracy depends on device capabilities and environmental conditions.
7. Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at its discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will immediately cease. Any unused tour passes may be forfeited upon termination for cause.
8. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
